DUBLIN, GA.-- A supermarket is slated to open on Veterans Blvd. in Dublin on Dec. 14. 

That's according to Harvey Supermarket's website.

Harvey's Supermarket opens its doors to customers Dec. 14 at 9 a.m. The grand opening and ribbon cutting starts at 8:30 a.m.

The store will include a full-service bakery and deli, pharmacy and fresh produce department.

The new store will be located at 1945 Veterans Blvd. in Dublin.

Local businesses are having Black Friday offerings!

• Cullen Equipment Co. opens at 7 a.m. on Black Friday. You'll be able to find: fish cookers, Yeti coolers, Big Green Egg, Carhartt and camoflauge clothes, Echo handheld equipment and John Deer toys.

• Avoid costumes with long-trailing fabrics
• If wearing masks, make sure eyeholes are large enough.
• Avoid shortcuts
• Don't get in strangers' cars.
• Don't go in strangers' houses.
• Go in big groups, don't go alone.
• Check candy before eating.
• Report any suspicious activity to police.
• Obey all laws.
• Only go trick-or-treating where you know the neighborhood.
• Avoid houses that don't have on porch lights.
