DUBLIN, GA- Local high school juniors and seniors had an opportunity to talk with area colleges’ admissions staff at the PROBE College Fair held at Oconee Fall Line Technical College’s South Campus in Dublin on Tuesday, October 16, 2012.

“The PROBE Fair is held annually across the state of Georgia, allowing students to meet with representatives from avariety of colleges and universities," said OFTC Director of Admissions Raydor Coneway.
"The purpose of the fair is to disseminate information and stimulate interest in post-secondary education for the students in Georgia. All high school juniors and seniors in Georgia public and private schools are encouraged to attend a local PROBE Fairs.”
The typical PROBE College Fair consists of two to three hours of browsing time for students and parents. Topics such as financial aid, housing, and programs of study, admission requirements, scholarships, and campus life are discussed with the representatives.
High schools that attend this year’s fair in Dublin were Bleckley County High School, Dodge County High School, Dublin High School, East Laurens High School, Telfair County High School, Trinity Christian School, West Laurens High School, and Wheeler County High School.
Attending the event were 52 area colleges and roughly 1,000 area high school students.
