OFTC Students Receive Karen Core Nurse Aid Scholarships | Schools
Five Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) students have been awarded the Karen Core Nurse Aid Scholarship for spring semester.
The scholarship was established through one of the College's two foundations, OFTC Foundation-South, Inc., to assist students enrolled in the Nurse Aid technical certificate of credit at OFTC's South Campus in Dublin.
The Foundation honors Karen Core with the name of this scholarship because of her life-long service to health care as a registered nurse and her past membership on the College's Foundation board.
The following students received the scholarship for spring semester: Dania Bennett of Adrian, Kitrea Clay of East Dublin, Marcia Daniels of Eastman, Courtnie Morris of Adrian, and Astrid Smith of East Dublin.
