Theatre Dublin's "The Nutcracker" takes center stage Saturday & Sunday

Watch as Tschaikovsky's beloved melodies transform Theatre Dublin during this weekend's performances of The Nutcracker. Be transported to a magical world where mischievous mice besiege a battalion of soldiers and an onstage blizzard leads to an enchanted Land of Sweets. Theatre Dublin's The Nutcracker features a cast of more than seventy-five, glorious sets and costumes, magical special effects, and performances by professional and local dancers.

Showtimes:

  • Saturday, December 14th at 2 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 14th at 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 15th at 2 p.m.

Tickets start at $15 and are available at www.theatredublinga.com, by calling 478-277-5074, or at the Theatre Dublin box office.  Tickets may be available at the box office prior to showtime if available.

Theatre Dublin is located in the heart of historic downtown Dublin at 314 Academy Avenue.

While many people are preparing for Thanksgiving members of Dudley Baptist Church gathered today to help those less fortunate make this time of year a little easier.

Donald Fuller has been homeless since 2010. A bad knee keeps him from his regular job, building cabinets for local businesses. He says times are hard year round but especially around the holidays.

And it's people like Fuller, Billy Daws is trying to help.
