This week you might be prepping your candy bowls and trick-or-treaters for the black and orange festivities: Halloween!

The City of Dublin and East Dublin don't organize trick or treat times, according to the City Clerk's offices.

Common etiquette is that if someone's porchlight is on, they're participating in passing out candy to trick or treaters.
