They say he was found dead around 8:30 a.m. Sunday at his home on Turkey Creek Church Road.
That's off Highway 441 South in south Laurens County.
The sheriff says they arrested the two teenagers earlier today: Dustin Sage Mitchell and the girl, whose name has not been released.
The sheriff's department says they are both charged with murder, burglary, robbery and theft by taking.
Capt. Stan Wright of the sheriff's office says they're not releasing other details at this time, such as the cause of death.
Coroner Richard Stanley said an autopsy should be performed on Beck today or tomorrow.
