West Laurens Middle School Students Shave Heads to Support Friend
Eighteen West Laurens Middle School students shaved their heads in support of their friend who had brain surgery Monday.
The student had a rare brain cell tumor and according to his teacher, is already up and walking.
The students also sold awareness braceless, T-shirts, Boston butts, Superman rings and raised $3,000 in four days through a school penny drive.
