Dublin Fire Department Receives Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Grant | Community Spirit

The City of Dublin blog discusses how the fire department got the grant:

After learning of Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation grant program for up to $20,000 to fire departments located within 30 miles of a Firehouse Sub, Chief Ballard took action. He submitted an application and letter explaining why and how this grant could assist our local fire department in protecting you.

Mr. Morgan Collins, owner of Firehouse Subs in Dublin and other locations also submitted a letter of recommendation describing his relationship with the Dublin Fire Department. This week, Chief Ballard received the excellent news: Dublin Fire Department received the grant which will provide 10 sets of bunker gear and helmets valued at over $18,000!
