Chick-fil-A Reinvents Menu with Healthier Options

ATLANTA (USA Today) -- Chick-fil-A is trying - with some success - to turn the page.

Make that, pages.

The fast-food chain's image took a social-media pounding last year after its president said that Chick-fil-A supported the biblical definition of the family - interpreted by many gays and gay marriage supporters as a slap in the face.

Now, nearly a year later, the Atlanta chain - which surpassed KFC last year to become the nation's largest domestic fast-food chicken chain, with sales of $4.6 billion - on Tuesday will announce detailed plans to try to broaden its appeal to the crucial Millennial market, whose business it will need in order to continue broadening its national and, ultimately, international growth plans.

According to the college, Gray was a freshman pre-veterinary student at the school's Cochran campus.

The man in the other car was taken to the Medical Center of Central Georgia.  His condition is not known at this time.

Big Inning Powers Bleckley to Win at Dublin

Big Inning Powers Bleckley to Win at Dublin

BCHS had their last non-region game of the season Monday at Dublin.  The Royals lost at home to the Irish on March 11.  Down 3-0 in the third, Austin Williams and Caleb Slaughter both had two RBI hits to put BC on top.  What was a four-run lead in the fifth was cut to one as Dublin pushed three across.

Slaughter's bases clearing triple in the sixth was part of a seven run inning.  Bleckley went on to win 14-8.  Slaughter was a home run away from hitting for the cycle, going 3 for 4 with seven RBI.  Cal Young was 3 for 5 with 1 RBI.  Bryant Trice was 2 for 3 with an RBI double.  Austin Williams went 1 for 2 with a two-run double.

Region play resumes Tuesday at Taylor County.  Game time is 5:30 p.m.
